Do you remember a TV show called Ready, Set, Cook? How about Iron Chef or Iron Chef America? In the former, contestants got a card of ingredients to use to make a recipe or menu. In the latter two, there is one secret ingrdient per show tht must appear in all of the dishes the contestants make. In this group, there will be a basket of ingredients each week. Use it to create a recipe and suggest a menu. Throughout the week, group members may award ratings to recipes. At the end of the week, the group owner will award a single winner with a 10-point rating (but will not penalize others with lower ratings unless the offering is truly horrendous--and opening cans and boxes qualifies as horrendous).

You must use all the ingredients in the market basket. You may add a few others to round out your recipe or menu. You must post the recipe in standard format in either metric or US measurements--or both. You may not load a recipe directly from programs such as Master Cook and similar without cleaning out all the formatting first and getting rid of the random capital letters, adjectives placed after the nouns, etc. that mess up formatted recipes.
